1. Registration and contact with the User

In order to proceed with the purchase process, the User of the site must, necessarily, register. During the registration process you will need to provide some personal information. All contacts with the User will be made to the email address you entered during your registration process. Unless otherwise stated, orders will be sent to the address that the User introduced during the registration process. Therefore, the User should do his best to keep his or her personal data always up-to-date. The registration process takes place through the email address that was used during registration on the site. If you do not receive the email with the access data, we recommend checking the SPAM folder of your email.

2. Prices

Except as expressly stated, the prices indicated on the site are in Euros and apply to a pre-defined territory that may correspond to the Country or Region that the User indicated at the time of registration. In this price is already included VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal on the day of purchase. FAROPEIXE, LDA reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time and without notice, and may not assume any differences that the User may claim as a result of this change. Unless any error resulting from the introduction of the values ​​on the site, which may be detected, the selling price of a product will be the unit price indicated at the time of registration of the purchase.

The price indicated for each item does not include the cost of shipping and packaging. These costs will be indicated during the ordering process.

3. Payment

The User can choose to pay by Bank Transfer or ATM.

ATM
The customer will receive via email the reference for payment via ATM. This method does not require the sending of any proof. (for Portugal banking system only)

BANK TRANSFER
The payment must be made to the account of FAROPEIXE, LDA of NOVO BANCO IBAN PT50 0007 0214 0023 3070 00452 We request the sending of the proof of payment to the email: orders@fides.pt, so that the process of sending the order begins.

4 . Shipping costs, order receipt and delivery time

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and will be borne by the User. This value can be changed without prior notice due to changes in the services used by FAROPEIXE, LDA, revision of price charts or error verified in the calculation of the same.

As soon as you receive the order, confirm the condition of the packaging, if the packaging is damaged, confirm the contents of the package in the presence of the courier. Do not sign the proof of delivery without first doing this verification.

The delivery service was an external service selected by FAROPEIXE, LDA to guarantee rigor and quality. The estimated delivery time for mainland Portugal is 3 to 4 business days. For delivery out of Portugal, please contact us!

5. Returns and Refunds

If you find a defect in the product, you can return it within 15 days of receiving it. The product must be returned, in the original packaging and under the same conditions in which it was sold, to the following address.

The refund (including delivery costs) must be made within 15 days, using the same payment method used by the customer consumer.
